Charleston Heights Water Reservoir

The project is part of the Las Vegas Springs Preserve development. R₂H's involvement includes the structural design of a 20 MG reservoir with roof top parking, a sand settling basin and numerous valve vaults. Connected to the reservoir is an orientation plaza which provides the main access to the Preserve. The reservoir is designed with a window and observation area which provides the public a view of the inside of the reservoir. 

R₂H’s responsibility includes the structural design and construction documents and estimates of the concrete reservoir valve vaults, sand-settling basin and handling room.
