As co-founder and President of R₂H Engineering, Mr. Hendershot has more than 18 years experience in the design of water/wastewater, architectural and transportation projects. He has been responsible for virtually all aspects of the projects process, such as structural design, projectmanagement, specification writing, construction cost estimating, negotiations, schematic design, preliminary layout and design, final design, detailing specifications and construction administration. These structural engineering services have been provided for both the public and private sectors including various municipal water districts, public works departments and private developers.
