R₂H is providing support to the U.S. CBP by performing a feasibility study (preliminary engineering report) for the development of a new Multifunctional Training Facility and Firing Range to be located within San Diego County. In addition to the feasibility study, R₂H is also providing land acquisition, Phase I ESA’s along with preparing a FONSI.
