The EA was prepared to analyze the environmental impacts of closing it current silt/clay source and opening three new sources.  The EA examined the potential environmental impacts of the proposed action and evaluated reasonable alternatives, including the no action alternative in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (40 CFR Parts 1500-1508).
