Woodlands Office Park - Tower One
Salt Lake City, UT

Designed and built for the Johnson Wax Company, this office tower is part of an office complex for which D. George Hansen, Inc. provided all of the structural engineering.  The office tower is designed as a complete cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame, with long span concrete girders, columns, and shear walls.  The exterior is covered with steel studs, and precast brick panels connected to the structure. Also in the complex are another office tower, parking structure, and shops and restaurants.
