This structure is a mixed use development in downtown Salt Lake City.  It consists of a two story base level constructed of post tensioned concrete slabs, and concrete columns and shear walls, supporting four steel framed upper levels.  The lower floor provides parking for the complex, the main floor houses shops and restaurants, and the upper floors are residential apartments.  The entire building is covered with a brick veneer designed to have the building to appear older, and to fit in with the older buildings surrounding it.
