South Towne Tower Two
South Jordan, UT

This office tower is patterned after South Towne Tower One, with a unique elliptical shape. It has a slightly larger floor plan then Tower One, and an additional story.  It is designed with a concrete shear core, and a perimeter steel moment frame, to provide excellent seismic resistance.   The floors are framed in steel beams and girders to provide a floor system capable of supporting office and storage loads.
