Market Street Grill & Oyster Bar

This structure is a part of the growing restaurant chain owned by Gastronomy Corporation. The building is designed as a unique combination of steel and wood to create a quality dining experience famous in Salt Lake City. Tall lumber walls, with large roof overhangs, and a lighthouse tower, along with terraced interior seating presented interesting design challenges for the structural engineers.  This building joins others like it in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, and downtown Salt Lake City.  Designed by Ken Pollard, Architect, more structures like this are planned in surrounding states.
