Escalante Crossing

The project included complete site design for two multifamily parcels located in this master planned community.   Work included layout of proposed units, roadways, water, sewer, storm drainage and other required utilities.  Complete plans including site plans, drainage and grading plans, utility plans and storm drain and sewer plan and profiles were completed.  Also included was coordination and completion of construction documents for a community multi use path.  Installation of the path required that a Corps jurisdictional wash be crossed.  To minimize impacts to the wash mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls were placed back to back with approximately 30 feet of fill placed in between to cross the wash.  This design also allowed a proposed sewer line to be installed across the wash eliminating the need for a lift station.  The path provided access to the proposed sewer manholes constructed along the path alignment.
