The project included completion of the masterplan and design of infrastructure for a mixed use community including both single and multifamily homes.  Located in mountainous terrain proposed roads and utilities needed to be carefully located to fit with the terrain to minimize impacts to existing slopes and blend with the natural environment.  R₂H was responsible for the design of the road, sewer, water, storm drainage and other site utilities for the project.  This project also included the design and installation of a pump station and steel water tank to serve the project.
