Town Center Park, Phase II

The project is the development of over 30 acres.  Included in this development is a new sport complex, athletic fields for soccer and football, an entertainment venue and multi-use trails and playgrounds.

R₂H provided the following:

• Design of reinforced C.M.U. wall sections for heights of 6 ft. to 12 ft..  Each height was designed for a level and sloping (2:1) backfill condition.  (14 wall sections total.)
• Designed abutments for 2 pedestrian bridges.
• Reviewed retaining wall sections at the stadium seating design by others.
• Reviewed foundation of 70 ft. high safety netting/fence poles design by others.

R₂H provided structural engineering design services to the project team.  This involved preparing the structural calculations R₂H also prepared the structural drawings and specifications.
