The Roadrunner Sports project consists of a retail complex consisting of two buildings totaling 88,000 sq. ft. Building ‘A’ consists of a two-story 31,000 sq. ft. building used for retail.  Building ‘B’ consists of a one-story 57,000 sq. ft. building used for offices, manufacturing and warehousing.

Tenant improvements were also completed.  The improvements consist of perimeter office space and retail facilities totaling approximately 8,000 sq. ft.

Construction materials included concrete walls, and steel/wood panelized roof and structural steel floor framing.  Project included feature entry, enhanced paving surfaces, loading docks, parking facilities, and landscaping. 

R₂H was responsible for full structural designs, including preliminary layouts, material selection, foundation, and superstructure; design and coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical; full structural drawings, preparation of specifications, bidding assistance and construction administration services.
