Cajon Valley Union School District Buildings

R₂H prepared structural designs and drawings for construction of new administration, maintenance and warehouse facilities for the Cajon Valley Union School District. There are 4 buildings totaling 127,000 sq. ft, consisting of two 2-story buildings and two  single story building.  R₂H also provided construction support services through out the entire project.

R₂H provided full structural designs of the primary framing systems of the structure.  These designs include preliminary layouts, material selections, foundation and superstructure designs, appurtenant structure designs, coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical, full structural drawings, preparation of specifications, bidding assistance and construction administration services.
